Student accommodation seems to be expensive everywhere. That's certainly the opinion of the majority of students. The city council of Le Havre has come up with a solution however, following in the footsteps of Keetwonen, an area of Amsterdam which might be described as a 'container city'... within a city! Spacious, quiet, well-insulated and above all, value for money, do these 'homes' represent the future of student accommodation?
